Bergamot Organic Essential Oil

10ml essential oil of Bergamot, Citrus aurantium bergamia*
*Organic. Bergaptene-free and low furanocoumarin.

Diffuser / Ultrasonic Diffuser
Recommended Recipe: 4 drops Juniper + 2 drops Eucalyptus + 2 drops Frankincense
Use with a diffuser to create a relaxing atmosphere. Suitable for adults and children over 2 years old; add an appropriate amount to the diffuser. Not suitable for children under 2 years old.

Steam Inhalation
Adults can add 4–6 drops of essential oil to a bowl of boiling water, cover their head with a large towel, and breathe deeply. Direct steam inhalation is not recommended for children under 2 years old, individuals with sensitive skin, or asthma patients; instead, it is recommended to place a bowl of hot water with essential oils nearby to inhale the aroma.

Massage
4 drops Juniper + 3 drops Grapefruit + 3 drops Black Pepper + 30ml All-Purpose Massage Base Oil
Essential oil massage can be used to relax the mind and body and help soothe muscle soreness. Adults can use a maximum of 15 drops in 30ml of carrier oil. For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, use a maximum of 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil. Massage application is not recommended for children under 2 years old.
