Article 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All estimated delivery times are non-guaranteed estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
• Delivery Areas & Schedule: Delivery is available across all regions of Hong Kong. Orders will arrive within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following payment completion.
• Shipping Fees: Free standard shipping applies to single orders over HK$500. Orders under HK$500 incur a shipping fee (actual amount displayed at checkout).
• Order Inspection: To protect product integrity, items are securely packaged. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival to ensure original packaging is intact.
• Non-Delivery Handling: If delivery fails after 2 attempts and we cannot reach you via email within 3 days, or if delivery is refused twice, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
